I wouldn't even give this place one star if I didn't have to. DISGUSTING. filthy. Not one single clean table in the entire ( empty) restaurant. There was trash all over the floor on the dining room. Bathroom was filthy and the service sucked. If we hadn't been in a hurry and if I had looked at the dining room before we ordered, I would have turned around and left. I want to call the health department because there have to be hundreds of violations. I called the number on the receipt and complained. It was the number for the manager of THAT restaurant. So I'm sure he really cared.

This place is nasty. I wouldn't feed my dog off of their floors we waited 20 minutes for our food. While waiting I saw the cashier take a fry off another persons order and eat it at the front counter. Would never recommend this place ever.

Yikes, what a terrible experience! The restaurant smelled unbelievably bad. I was told they were out of potatoes well after I ordered. They refunded my money then went immediately to take the next persons order not asking me if I'd like to order something different. They forgot the cheese on a chili, onions on another and shorted me a double cheese burger that I only discovered when I went to the car. I chose not to go back- it was that bad.

This place is full of rude and dishonest employees. I went through the drive thru and the lady ran one of my cards twice and said it was denied, so I gave her another card that was accepted. Once I got home, I checked my online banking because I knew I had plenty of money to pay for this meal. In reality, my first card has been run twice and I had been charged a total of three times for the same meal. I called them, and lo and behold, the drive thru worker answered and I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. This girl was younger than me and I am 20 years old. She gave me this bullshit reason that their system runs the card as many times as you swipe it and it will be put back on your card at 3 am when the system resets. Now, um, if my card was denied how did you charge it?? I think that girl stole the 46+ dollars I was charged extra. I will be calling corporate and the general manager if it is not on my card tomorrow.

This was the worst experience I have had at Wendy's. My food was cold and they just opened! My burger was disgusting and the fries tasted like they were a day old. The appearance of the food was less than desirable! I should have checked Yelp before going. We typically have no issues. The staff didn't really care either.

We waiter over 25 min. To get our food with only 2 other people in front of us. They only took one order and then filled order before taking the next order. They have taken the term of fast food out of the meaning. Biggest waste of time!!

I will give this place a 1 star. It's a GI problem factory. 3rd time eating there over the past two years and within hours...you know what. Avoid this place. As a control, we decided to eat elsewhere at this leg of our trip....no GI issues. Hmm.
